Inner Money Authority
Stop second-guessing yourself and start trusting your own financial decisions
In Module 1, you learned to notice your patterns.

You identified where money makes you doubt yourself, hesitate, or avoid taking action. You noticed when you look for reassurance, put off decisions, or go back and question choices you already made.

Awareness is powerful, but it is not enough.

Module 2 is where you begin to reclaim your authority.

Module 2
This week, we move from observing your money patterns to interrupting them in real time.
You’ll learn a simple, practical framework to help you make clear financial decisions without second-guessing yourself. Instead of reacting from fear or inherited beliefs, you’ll practice choosing from self-trust.

You will not eliminate discomfort.
You will learn to lead through it.

By the end of this module, you will have made at least one financial decision without outsourcing your authority and experienced what it feels like to stand by your choice calmly and confidently.
Transcript:
Welcome to Module 2. First, I want to say thank you for completing Module 1 and thank you to those who showed up live during our call last Thursday and for participating so openly. Module 1 was all about awareness. So by now you should have more awareness of where you leak your money authority. You will have noticed what triggers you.

In your money moments, you will have noticed your hesitation patterns and identify where you outsource your decisions. Awareness is super powerful, but awareness alone does not change behavior. So this week we are moving from observing your patterns to interrupting them. And so we want to give you clear steps, practical tools that actually help you when you're making decisions.
Because you don't build authority by eliminating fear. You build authority by learning how to move through fear without outsourcing your power.

So let me introduce you to the authority reclaim method. It's a super simple four step process that you can apply to any financial decision and money conversation and negotiation and investment. A career change or a pricing decision. You can apply it on the fly in real time or, for bigger decisions, can take the time to actually write down your observations for each step. You'll find the framework linked at the bottom of this page in a PDF that you can download, but I wanted to walk through it here as well. Step one is what we already practiced in module one. It's activating awareness and asking yourself, what is happening inside me right now?

It's about the trigger and the emotion, but also where you feel it in the body. Because the more you connect with your body, the more you come back to the present moment. And authority begins by interrupting automatic responses and interruption begins with awareness. Step two is about exposing the fear. Asking yourself what am I afraid this decision means? And this is a lot about your identity. Are you afraid of looking greedy, of losing security, of being wrong? Again, these were things that we started to look at in module one. Because we know that money triggers identity far more than logic. And when fear is unnamed, then that's when it runs wild, but when you name the fear, you start to regain perspective. step after the exposing the fear, we come to step three, which is separating facts from story. This is where you divide your money moment into two parts. What are the facts? The numbers, the data, the timelines, the actual risk exposure that you might have in this situation. The story is again about identity, what it means about you, what you imagine others will think about you, the worst case scenarios, the identity threats. Most of your hesitation will live in the stories you make up in your mind. Whereas authority lives in the facts.
So by seeing the facts black on white, can reduce the emotional intensity significantly. Step four is making decisions from self trust. Asking yourself, if I trusted myself fully, what would I choose? And am I willing to tolerate temporary discomfort to remain self led? Because what we saw in module one was that authority leaks usually lead to temporary relief, but it doesn't remove the fundamental self doubt. Whereas when you move to authority, it doesn't mean you have certainty, but it means that you decide and you stand by your decision. That's where reclaiming your authority really happens. Pausing after the fear and not asking someone else what you should do. So that's the four-step authority reclaim method. The activities or assignments for this week are all about practicing.

The first one is applying the method I just described in a real financial decision and working through those four steps. Ideally in writing. Assignment number two or exercise number two is going back and looking again at your default authority leaks from module one, the over research, the reassurance, the delay and reflecting on what does this behavior protect me from in the short term, but also what does it cost me in the long term.
Assignment three is about reflecting on the money messages you grew up with and asking yourself where your money decisions today are based on inherited beliefs and where they are part of your current reality. So this helps you further separate conditioning from conscious choice.
And the final assignment is actually taking two full days, 48 hours to practice your money authority. 48 hours, don't ask for reassurance before making at least small financial decisions. Don't reopen decisions you have already made and really notice what comes up emotionally during this period.
This is where you are building tolerance for temporary discomfort. You're not eliminating it, but you're learning to live through it. And that is really embodying your authority.

So this week is not about becoming fearless. It's about becoming self-led and each time you choose to not outsource your authority, you are building your internal stability and self-trust. And this over time will change your money identity. So I really look forward to seeing you again on the...
live call on Thursday at 12.30 Central European Time. We will make sure you all get a link for you for the calendar as well because of the time. Yeah, so that you have it for your particular time zone. And if you can bring a real money decision that you have just made or that you are hesitating to make and we can look at that in the live call as well. Until then, I wish you a great week. Take care. Bye.
